As the incoming WHEN Chicago president for 2011, I want to wish you health, happiness, and prosperity in this New Year.  I am excited to be taking the reins of this wonderful organization.

I have been attending WHEN events for many years.  There are many reasons that I continue to give my time and energy to WHEN, but the most important is the wonderful women that I have had the pleasure to meet and get to know. 

WHEN events are unique because of the energy and friendliness you will experience.  Every event is a mix of WHEN members and guests and they are all terrific.  Because we enjoy meeting new people, each event has time for serious networking in addition to wonderful presentations on issues and concerns that we all share.  I hope you will attend many WHEN events this year.

The value of being a WHEN member is the connection to other women in healthcare.  We are accountants, nurses, hospital administrators, system analysts, and many other types of healthcare managers.  WHEN members enjoy discounts to all WHEN events and access to the WHEN members’ directory.
